Our Austrian partner, Aeoon Technologies, unveiled at the Printing United Expo 2025 in Orlando, Florida, its new printer: Compact Ai1, a printing system “all-in-one” designed to simplify and speed up direct-to-garment (DTG) printing
All-In-One: preprocessing, printing and automation
The new Compact Ai1 integrates pretreatment, printing and workflow automation into one compact machine, offering simplified management and maximum production efficiency.
Thanks to its intelligent system, the entire process can be managed by one operator, with a production capacity of up to 200 garments per hour, depending on the fabric and design
Compact and flexible design
Designed for production medium-scale with limited space, the Compact Ai1 is equipped with two standard tables and a quick-change system that reduces setup time
Standard tables include sizes 40×50 cm, 30×40 cm, 35×29 cm for sweatshirts and 32.5×34.5 cm for bags
Additional sizes are available upon request
Energy efficiency and sustainability
The system is designed to ensure efficiency and reduced consumption, using components with low energy impact and certified GOTS e Oeko-Tex, reducing costs and environmental impact
Quality and reliability “Made in Austria”
Designed and manufactured in the Tyrol with the utmost precision, the Compact Ai1 offers the quality typical of the Aeoon brand: sturdy structure, reliability over time e simplified maintenance
The machine is equipped with Kyocera KJB4 printheads and a system of shock prevention, which ensures durability and consistent performance
Ready for Industry 5.0
Thanks to the open interfaces, the Compact Ai1 can be easily integrated into systems for production and order management, offering full control over status, efficiency and productivity
