Production Lines

Ser.Tec. Eagle HY 70 industrial digital printer with a fabric conveyor belt, side control panel and a modern black design featuring blue LED lights

The printers can be integrated into automatic production lines, adapted to existing systems, or customized. For example:

  • Feeder and rewinder for a fully automated roll-to-roll printing production.
  • Printing table with guides to keep materials in place, ideal for tapes and flexible substrates.

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Water-Based Inks: Designed to ensure high-quality prints on various types of fabrics. Ideal for applications on clothing, textile gadgets, home décor, and accessories, they offer vibrant colors and excellent color rendering. Perfect for printing on fabrics such as t-shirts, towels, caps, canvases, and much more.
