Ricoh Gen 5 printheads
Inks specifically designed for glass printing, ensuring optimal adhesion and high print quality
Halogen lamps mounted on the print heads for curing the print before passing through the oven
Possible integration with dedicated glass ovens, ensuring durability and resistance
Suction and blowing print table to facilitate the handling of heavy objects, such as glass panels
Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

Production Lines

Printers can be integrated into automatic production lines, connected to existing ones, and/or customized. For example, with:

Conveyor belt for inline material handling.
Option for a suction and blowing print table to facilitate the handling of glass panels, including large format ones
Sensors for automatic detection of incoming materials and their length, to automatically adjust the start and length of the print.
Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

Inks

Hybrid Inks: Ideal for printing on complex materials such as ceramics, glass, leather and glass.

Software
