S1-300 N2T: The automatic line for screen printing on ribbons

  • The line consists of two screen printing stations, an intermediate dryer, a final IR oven and an independent ribbon rewinding system

  • The process begins with the automatic advancement of one or more reels (up to 4), which are fed to the first printing station

  • After the first print, the tapes pass through an intermediate dryer, which dries the first colour and allows the second colour to be printed continuously

  • Once the second print has been completed, the ribbons are dried in an infrared oven, which ensures complete polymerisation of the ink. The ribbons are then rewound separately, ready for packaging or subsequent stages
