Before printing or other industrial processes, surface preparation is essential to ensure adhesion, quality, and durability of treatments. The new line of Ser.Tec atmospheric plasma treatment machines, developed by the R&D department, allows you to obtain optimal surfaces for different materials: glass, plastic, metal, ceramics, and coated surfaces

Suitable for materials such as glass, plastic, metal, ceramics, and coated surfaces, the advantages in industrial printing are as follows:

  • Prepares the surface to be printed by improving the mechanical adhesion of the ink without altering the properties of the materials
  • Changes the surface tension “temporarily” for the duration of the printing process
  • Greater protection for the press when it “returns to its original form”
  • The print does not undergo alterations, increasing the print’s durability and quality

In addition to printing, the shaper supports processes such as gluing, spraying, engraving, cleaning, and residue removal
