S2 Roto Line: The complete solution for industrial printing on aluminium reels

  • The line consists of an S2-700 automatic screen printer, a winding and unwinding system and an integrated ink drying oven

  • The process begins with the unwinding of the material, which is fed continuously to the printing station

  • The S2-700 applies ink to the substrate, ensuring quality and uniformity even at high speeds

  • After printing, the material passes through the drying oven to fix the ink and is finally rewound ready for the next processing or cutting steps
