Information provided pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679

Dear Data Subject (customer, supplier, user, etc.), pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation – GDPR 679/2016 (hereinafter T.U.), and in relation to the personal data that the company SER.TEC SRL will come into possession of, we wish to inform you of the following:

1. Purpose of processing:
   Your personal data, freely communicated and acquired by virtue of the activity carried out by DPI DG PRINTING SRL, will be processed for the following purposes:
   • request for quote and preparation of offers;
   • contract execution;
   • mandatory legal obligations in the tax and accounting fields;
   • litigation management;
   • Customer billing history
   The data processed (which may be of a common, identifying, sensitive or judicial nature) are updated, complete and not excessive with respect to the purposes listed above for which they are collected and subsequently processed. For processing with purposes other than those indicated above, there will be specific information and possible methods of consent.
2. Treatment methods:
   The same data will be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following methods: collection of data from the interested party (e.g.: filling out a paper questionnaire) and/or collection of data electronically (compiling an electronic format), processing carried out with the aid of electronic and automated tools.
3. Legal basis for processing:
   The provision of common, sensitive and judicial personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1
4. Refusal to provide data:
   You have the right to refuse to provide your personal data. However, any refusal will result in the impossibility of receiving the requested service, making it impossible to complete the registration process and the Data Controller will not be able to fulfill the contractual obligations.
5. Communication of data to third parties:
   Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by the Data Processors appointed by him and by the strictly authorized data processors. Your data may be communicated to companies/professional firms that provide assistance, consultancy or collaboration to the Data Controller, in accounting, administrative, fiscal, legal, tax and financial matters, to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions within the limits established by law or regulations and to third-party service providers to whom communication is necessary for the fulfillment of the services covered by the contract. Your data may also be communicated following inspections or audits (if requested), to all inspection bodies responsible for checks and controls relating to the regularity of legal compliance. Finally, your data may be communicated to:
   • banks and credit institutions
   • consultants and freelancers
   • freight forwarders, transporters, small-scale drivers, post offices, logistics companies
6. Data dissemination:
   Sensitive data are not subject to dissemination except for purposes strictly related to the performance of the contractually assumed obligation.
7. Transfer of data abroad:
   It is not expected that the data collected may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries outside the European Union
8. Data retention period:
   The data collected will be retained for a period of no less than 10 years. This period may be determined to a greater extent in force of a specific legal obligation.
9. Rights of the interested party:
   You have the right:
   • of access to personal data;
   • to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him;
   • to object to the processing (with the limitations set out in point 3);
   • to data portability;
   • to withdraw consent
   • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
