Specifications of the S1-500 AUTO series
The range consists of:
- S1-500 Automatic Screen Printing Machine
- Combined UV + AIR oven (option to choose one of the two)
- Automatic stacker
As you can see from the video:
- The process begins with the substrate being positioned on the printing station, where the material is aligned and held steady during the printing process
- The S1-500 Auto line prints using independent control of the squeegee and scraper, ensuring even ink distribution and consistent quality throughout production runs
- Once printing is complete, the automatic grippers pick up the printed sheet and place it on the conveyor belt, which transports it to the combined oven (UV + air) for drying;
- The material is then automatically stacked onto pallets
The main advantages are:
- It enables and ensures a continuous and efficient production flow
- Selection of load cycle type: manual/semi-automatic/automatic
- A sliding table that makes it easier for the operator to position the workpiece
- Retractable teams for greater positioning accuracy and reduced errors
- All adjustments and locks on the S1 500 Auto are operated by levers and knobs, with no tools required
- Printing thickness: 0–1 mm with active clamps, up to 30 mm with manual discharge; independent doctor blade speed and scraper
- Oven speed adjustable in metres per minute
- Lamp height adjustable from 100–200 mm above the carpet
- The grippers that remove the machined part from the billet and convey it to the drying conveyor
- Cleaning the frame is made easier because it is positioned horizontally but moves vertically
The main features are:
- Large printing area: Maximum format 700 × 500 mm, with the option to print up to A4 size, ideal for a variety of screen printing applications
- Independent control of the doctor blade and scraper: Separate speed adjustment to optimise ink distribution and improve print quality
- Adjustable combination oven (UV+AIR): Drying system featuring a 70 cm lamp and an air oven, with a height adjustable from 100 to 200 mm and an adjustable belt speed, for efficient and uniform drying
- End-of-line stacking on pallets: A system for the automatic unloading and stacking of printed products onto pallets, which facilitates end-of-line material handling and improves the organisation of the production flow
- Can be customised to suit production requirements, for example with an automatic loading system, a UV oven only, or an air oven only
