  • Large printing area: Maximum format 700 × 500 mm, with the option to print up to A4 size, ideal for a variety of screen printing applications
  • Independent control of the doctor blade and scraper: Separate speed adjustment to optimise ink distribution and improve print quality
  • Combined UV + AIR adjustable oven: Drying system with 70 cm lamp and air oven, adjustable height from 100 to 200 mm and adjustable mat speed, for efficient and uniform drying
  • End-of-line stacking on pallets: A system for the automatic unloading and stacking of printed products onto pallets, which facilitates end-of-line material handling and improves the organisation of the production flow
  • Possibility of customization according to production needs for example with automatic loading system and choice of UV or air oven

S1-500 Auto Series: The compact, automated solution for industrial screen printing

  • The production line shown in the video comprises an S1-500 automatic screen printing machine, a combined (UV + air) curing oven for drying the ink, and an unloading system with a palletiser at the end, all designed to ensure a continuous and efficient production flow

  • The process begins with the substrate being positioned on the printing station, where the material is aligned and held steady during the printing process

  • The S1-500 Auto line prints using independent control of the squeegee and scraper, ensuring even ink distribution and consistent quality throughout production runs

  • Once printing is complete, the automatic grippers pick up the printed sheet and place it on the conveyor belt, which transports it to the combined oven (UV + AIR) for drying; the material is then automatically stacked onto pallets
