Atom is the medium-large format UV LED printer designed for high performance, available in 2500×1300 mm and 2000×3000 mm formats:

Material versatility: Print on almost any type of material, including rigid, flexible, light and dark
High productivity: Ricoh G5 industrial heads ensure quality prints even at higher speeds
Zoned suction system: Powerful, modular suction table divided into independent zones to keep the substrate perfectly stable during printing
Anti-Crash System: Integrated anti-collision system that prevents accidental damage to the heads when lifting material

Liquid cooling system maintains stable temperatures during the entire printing process, ensuring continuity even in long production runs
Wide colour gamut Light Cyan, Light Magenta, white and varnish inks extend the colour gamut, allowing softer shades and sharper details than four-colour inks

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Hybrid Inks: Perfect for printing on complex materials such as metal, glass, leather. Offering superior print quality, they deliver excellent results on both rigid and flexible surfaces. The ink recirculation system prevents sedimentation, reducing maintenance and optimizing the production process.

WhiteRIP

Atom line printers are equipped with WhiteRIP software, designed to maximise quality and productivity in industrial UV printing

Advanced color management: Custom color profiles and color replacement for precise prints.
White base optimization: Automatic and optimized generation of the white base for transparent or dark materials.
Template function: Virtually divides the print bed into panels for precise placement, reducing errors and waste.
Versatility: Support for spot channels, variable data management, hotfolders, and label creation.
