The Stages of Direct-To-Mesh

The image is automatically generated in negative, typically in formats such as EPS, PSD, TIFF, or JPG.
A frame is placed on the printer, and the emulsion is applied in negative, significantly reducing the need for masking. Most frames are processed in under 3 minutes.
The frame can be placed on the carousel and production can begin.

Inks

The D2M uses UV LED inks, designed specifically for its injectable emulsion process. These inks are cured using UV light to create sharp images directly onto the screens, without the need for films or traditional exposure methods.

Software

The Direct-To-Mesh (D2M) system is complemented by the powerful WhiteRIP software, designed to simplify and enhance the digital printing process.
