They are based on UV LED or Hybrid technology depending on the material to be printed, with:

  • Ricoh Gen 5 printheads
  • Possibility to choose between UV Inks or Hybrid Inks (which have a special formula suitable for specific materials such as Metal, Ceramic, and Glass).
  • Adjustable height up to 25 cm (standard version) and 80 cm (custom versions)
  • Possibility of a vacuum and blowing print bed to facilitate the handling of heavy objects
  • Possibility of a conveyor belt for material handling
  • Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Software

Our solutions are equipped with softwaredesigned to optimize industrial printing. It allows jobs to be sent directly from the print queue via the integrated touch screen, improving productivity and simplifying process management.
