Production Lines

Ser.Tec. industrial glass printer with UV LED system, ideal for decorations on transparent surfaces with high definition

Printers can be integrated into automatic production lines, connected to existing ones, and/or customized. For example, with:

  • Conveyor belt for inline material handling.
  • Option for a suction and blowing print table to facilitate the handling of glass panels, including large format ones
  • Sensors for automatic detection of incoming materials and their length, to automatically adjust the start and length of the print.
  • Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

Inks

Hybrid Inks: Ideal for printing on complex materials such as ceramics, glass, leather, and glass. They ensure superior print quality, delivering excellent results on both rigid and flexible surfaces. The ink recirculation system prevents sedimentation, reducing maintenance and optimizing the production process.

Software

Our solutions are equipped with softwaredesigned to optimize industrial printing. It allows jobs to be sent directly from the print queue via the integrated touch screen, improving productivity and simplifying process management.
