The Stages of Direct-To-Mesh

The image is automatically generated in negative, typically in formats such as EPS, PSD, TIFF, or JPG.
A frame is placed on the printer, and the emulsion is applied in negative, reducing the need for masking. Most frames are produced in less than 3 minutes
The frame can be placed on the carousel and production can begin.

Inks

D2M uses DPI UV LED inks designed for its injectable emulsion process. These inks are cured by UV light to create sharp images directly on frames, without the need for traditional film or exposure.
