Performance and smart technology for the MINI 360

  • The MINI 360 incorporates a high-precision print head with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi, ensuring sharp details, natural shades and excellent white and paint rendering on cylindrical objects

  • The 360° rotary printing system allows complete surface customisation, with automatic rotation management and accurate height variation compensation, for uniform results even on shaped items

  • Thanks to integrated laser technology, the machine automatically detects the shape and position of the substrate, optimising the set-up and ensuring the correct distance between the head and the surface for consistent quality

  • The High-Drop function (2–8 mm) allows printing on uneven surfaces or those with slight structural differences, expanding the range of applications without compromising precision

Inks

UV LED DPI Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The circulation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs

WhiteRIP

Mini 360 are equipped with WhiteRIP software designed to optimize industrial printing.

  • White base optimization: Automatic and optimized generation of the white base for transparent or dark materials.
