Main Features

They are based on UV LED or Hybrid technology depending on the material to be printed, with:

  • Ricoh Gen 5 printheads
  • Use of UV Inks or Hybrid Inks with a special formula suitable for plastic materials.
  • Possibility of a conveyor belt for material handling
  • Adjustable height up to 25 cm (standard version) and 80 cm (custom versions)
  • Sensors for automatic detection of incoming materials and their length, to automatically adjust the start and length of the print
  • Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

The EAGLE ROLL TO ROLL printer is designed for printing on roll materials, offering advanced solutions for fully automated production. Its main features include:
  • Integrated tensioner and rewinder, ensuring a smooth and automated printing process.
  • Simultaneous printing on up to 4 rolls independently, to optimize productivity.
  • Available in versions with a table width of 70 cm or 130 cm, adapting to different production needs.
  • The option to choose between UV inks or Hybrid inks, depending on the type of material to be printed.
  • Compatibility with Industry 4.0 systems, for full integration into digitized business processes.

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Hybrid Inks: Ideal for printing on complex materials such as ceramics, glass, leather, and wood. Ensuring superior print quality, they deliver excellent results on both rigid and flexible surfaces. The ink recirculation system prevents sedimentation, reducing maintenance and optimizing the production process.

Software

Our solutions are equipped with softwaredesigned to optimize industrial printing. It allows jobs to be sent directly from the print queue via the integrated touch screen, improving productivity and simplifying process management.

It allows printing on any object, both flat and multi-shaped:

  • The version for printing on cylindrical objects, the version with a suction table, and the version with an outgoing table are available

S1-500 Auto

It is equipped with a suction outgoing table with retractable guides for quick sheet positioning and automatic sheet-removal clamps:

  • At the end of the printing process, the clamps hold the printed sheets, depositing them onto the conveyor belt, which transfers them to the next workstation
  • All adjustments and locks are made with levers and knobs, without the need for tools
  • Option to add a laser centering system and/or pneumatic frame locking system
  • Customizable according to production needs
