Main Features

They are based on UV LED or Hybrid technology depending on the material to be printed, with:

  • Ricoh Gen 5 printheads
  • Use of UV Inks or Hybrid Inks (with a special formula suitable for specific materials such as ceramics).
  • Possibility of a suction and blowing print table to facilitate the handling of heavy panels.
  • Possibility of a conveyor belt for material handling
  • Sensors for automatic detection of incoming materials and their length, to automatically adjust the start and length of the print
  • Inline oven for the final drying of printed material.

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Hybrid Inks: Ideal for printing on complex materials such as ceramics, glass, leather, and wood. Ensuring superior print quality, they deliver excellent results on both rigid and flexible surfaces. The ink recirculation system prevents sedimentation, reducing maintenance and optimizing the production process.
