Main Features

They are based on UV LED or Hybrid technology depending on the material to be printed, with:

  • Ricoh Gen 5 printheads
  • Use of UV inks with a special formula suitable for specific materials such as wood.
  • Possibility of a suction and blowing print table to facilitate the handling of heavy objects such as wooden boards
  • Adjustable height up to 25 cm (standard version) and 80 cm (custom versions)
  • Possibility of a conveyor belt for material handling
  • Sensors for automatic detection of incoming materials and their length, to automatically adjust the start and length of the print
  • Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

Printers can be integrated into automatic production lines, connected to existing ones, and/or customized. For example, with:

  • Conveyor belt for inline material handling.
  • Possibility of a suction and blowing print table to facilitate the handling of heavy objects such as wooden boards

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Software

Our solutions are equipped with softwaredesigned to optimize industrial printing. It allows jobs to be sent directly from the print queue via the integrated touch screen, improving productivity and simplifying process management.
