ATOM Multi – The new frontier in printing on small-diameter cylindrical objects

The printing system uses Epson 3200HD printheads configured to ensure high quality in mass production, with a resolution of up to 2400 dpi. Details are sharp and consistent on every item, even at high operating speeds
The synchronised conveyor system moves the parts continuously along the printing bed, ensuring stability and repeatability throughout the entire production cycle
The integrated vision system detects the position of the parts on the conveyor belt, correcting any misalignments and ensuring precise printing even on large volumes
The laser sensor automatically adjusts the print height, maintaining a constant distance between the print head and the surface and ensuring consistent quality throughout the entire production run

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.
