Production Lines

Eagle 70R industrial printer with automated transport system, configured for metal printing in a production environment

Printers can be integrated into automatic production lines, connected to existing ones, and/or customized. For example, with:

  • Thickness up to 150mm
  • Belt conveyor system for precise feeding of products to be printed.
  • Maximum weight capacity of 100 kg (evenly distributed).
  • UV and Hybrid Inks, Ideal for Printing on Metal
  • Integrated oven for finishing and curing equipped with IR-Irradium technology.
  • Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Inchiostri Hybrid: Ideali per la stampa su materiali complessi come ceramica, vetro, pelle e vetro. Garantendo una qualità di stampa superiore, permettono risultati eccellenti su superfici rigide e flessibili. Il sistema di ricircolo dell’inchiostro previene le sedimentazioni, riducendo la manutenzione e ottimizzando il processo produttivo.
