Production Lines

Ser.Tec. industrial printer for roll-fed labels, designed for high-precision packaging applications.

The EAGLE ROLL TO ROLL has been designed to enable printing on roll materials:

  • Equipped with a tensioner and a rewinder for fully automated production
  • Ability to print up to 4 rolls independently
  • Version with a 70/130 cm print bed width
  • Possibility to choose between UV Inks or Hybrid Inks based on the type of material
  • Possibility of integration with the company’s Industry 4.0 systems.

Inks

UV LED Inks: Designed to deliver high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, weather-resistant, with vibrant colors and strong white coverage for transparent or dark materials. The semi-flexible inks allow printing on both rigid and flexible surfaces, including plastics and leathers. The recirculation system prevents sedimentation and reduces maintenance costs.

Software

Our solutions are equipped with softwaredesigned to optimize industrial printing. It allows jobs to be sent directly from the print queue via the integrated touch screen, improving productivity and simplifying process management.
